This shit ain’t easy, this whole thing of being an entrepreneur, working for yourself, working from anywhere, the hustle never stops, yes – you trying to make money online, building a business, even the stuff i sell is not always easy for everyone, some people reach success faster than ever….
i struggled for my first 9 months in this industry and then went on to make six figures, then multi six figures, then seven figures, then multiple seven figures in like less than 4 years, not everyone can do that, so the best thing to do is to be your best self and only focus on beating yourself and being your best-self…
Comparing yourself to others and putting others on a pedestal is a loser’s game, so stop doing it if you are….
Everyone is on a journey – you are on a journey too, embrace that journey…

I believe i’ve had a little unfair advantage cos of where i grew up from, hustling was part of my life as far as i can remember, when i was 14-15 i was selling phones in Sunday Market (Brick Lane, London) when i was 17 i was importing stuff from China to sell, when my friends was getting jobs, i was getting money on Ebay.
I would knock on my neighbours doors and tell them i am on my way to becoming a “Ebay Powerseller” and if they had shit in their garage, i would sell it for them for a commission…
From the beginning, I had entrepreneurship in my blood, i was more interested in getting money than playing sports or doing what normal kids would be doing, getting a job, getting a degree and working for 30 years for a pension.
Nah, no thanks. Scratch that.
When i was 19 i took all the money i had and went to Bulgaria to set up a property company. I had a grand plan that was going to make me millions and i’d retire before i was 21. It failed.
When i was 20 i thought i’d be smart to work for my dads construction company, steal his employees and start mine own, after the first project of laminating someone’s floor i made £90 / $140 and thought this is the way.
That fell short, as i got caught next day from my dad and his friends. That plan failed too. So i left.
As far as i can remember i hustled, alot of it was down to seeing how my father hustled, worked in factories and created wealth coming from a poor country and then settling in London and working his way up in the factory in Hackney, then in the property game.
This inspired me at a young age to want more, be more, do more, i’d see my mum on her second hand machine make skirts for 50 pence each.
Both my parents hustled, i hustled on the streets, i guess i became street smart and savvy from there and then built up on it.
I was very blessed to hang with my father’s friends when i was growing up, they were all broke bangladeshi guys that came to UK with nothing and in less than 10 years had kinda built themselves up…
it was a lot more interesting, intriguing, notable and valuable than my days about the streets with the kids i knew growing up. You gotta hustle like you are short of time, money, resources, by simply getting shit done.
One “hack” that i experience myself - is developing a feeling of urgency and building up over the internet the worst thing that may happen basically don’t have this shit done.
The more intensity you'll have within yourself, your business that pressure drives you to either notice a amount of friction or fulfillment, in either case it adds fuel for the hustling power.
To persistence, your degree of persistence when shit doesn’t exercise determine how far you go, there is really no way you are able to accept failure and quit, we have failed 10x a lot more than i have succeeded, i assume it’s not sexy to tell how frequently you fail, but i’ll inform you now each successful entrepreneur i have met have failed more times compared to they have won, the’ve lost more money compared to they usually make…
Hustling has to be part of your life, i used to be very blessed but still am being flanked by those who have advocated me, which includes also increased me believing in myself more. Once i had been talking with a friend / mentor of mine Peter Nguyen (he’s a big deal) and that i remember just hearing him complimenting on my hustle and i could sense in himself that he believes in what i’m doing. (At that time, i had not even met him personally!)

Obtaining the right people who are around you re-enforces, re-invigorates, re-emphasises that you will be doing what's right, on the right time.
Attaining success isn't necessarily easy, specially when you're new and beginning, it takes plenty of dedication, focus, attention and you also must be a person that is centered on self growth. Doing work Doubly harder on myself, on my small mind then i do in my business.
Mindset to approaching things is much more important than the way you do it, mindset contributes to creating a strategic mindset to harness your distinct ability to create maximum results.
Success can be a tricky, counter-intuituive trickster and sadly many people will not obtain it, well you may do, cos you might be reading my damn post.

When i was obviously a newbie kid (21yrs age) and accidentally stumbled across started on this industry i needed more setbacks than many people, i needed dropped outta university within my final year, relatives and buddies poking fun at the fact that i wish to get rich working from home…
I immediateley found myself in around $40,000 price of debt as i bought in to a $20k multilevel marketing program and then went on a rampage of buying every-and-any-damn course on internet marketing.
You'll excel faster than anyone else if you invest in yourself, get the right coaching, mentoring, and guidance from people who you want to be like.
Increase your skill development and become more attractive in the marketplace, have persistence, be networking with the top level players in your niche, study sales, marketing, influence and persuasion.
As an entrepreneur you also need to be immune to criticism and have a high pain tolerance.
Your level of pain threshold determines your success because it means you will not give up when things get tough, and oh boy - they'll.
A 6 figures is going to be tough. The first 7 figures will probably be tough. A 8 figures is going to be tough less then where i'm heading for now, but i use a strong fist and i'm punching and fighting my way there. Lol.
No seriously, i will be. A few of my challenges i face are simply so damn ridiculous, and i know most average people wouldn't even be capable of comprehend it, but i have a compelling “Why” and a vision that gets me thru the tough times. Make sure you have your personal compelling future that may drive you forward even though you may think all just isn't working out.
Build these traits within yourself as an entrepreneur, create big goals, stick to your deadlines, and be held accountable.
Oh, and maybe the most important thing i can tell you, is stay detached to the end outcome, don't let your happiness be dependent on other people or how big your bank account gets, if i had nothing in this world, just my basic shelter i know ''ll be a happy camper.
Everything is an addition to my happiness, my happiness comes from within, comes from prayer, being in a state of gratitude, adding value to other people's lives.
Develop winning habits, start early, it's never too late. Find the habits that serve you and find role models who you can model off, and then develop the habits thats required, daily discipline is crucial for your success.
This is an unstoppable formula for success.
I'm assuming you are on the path to success whatever that means for you, i have one advice amongst many.
DON'T EVER GIVE UP. The rewards are so damn great. Have fun, don't take it too seriously. Now Get on with your hustle.
Lesson 2 : Money Isn’t Everything :(
Money doesn’t help make your life perfect. How much an awakening…
Does this exist, sometimes when i actually do live events the ones come up to me, instantly they put me over a pedestal like i’m some perfect guy, one guy even thought to me i’m like a God to him. * i wanted to strangle him *
NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO. never put people over a pedestal. Everything you put on a pedestal is always gonna be out of reach.
Don’t idolise people. Since they're just people
Simply because people have several things a lot better than you, doesn’t mean they are supposed to be put on something from this world, they may be still on this planet, and it’s feasible for you as well. Once i meet immensely successful people then i just know if i want what they've got, i just gotta learn and model off them.
I’ve realised this whole thing is just a journey, your journey, my journey, most people are on a journey, i respect everyone, not really a millionaire or a billionaire but the guy who got pitched by his uncle to participate Amway, or some other MLM and it is trying to recruit his family and friends. I applaud you to have the very center to walk into the fierce arena of entrepreneurship.
I don’t look down upon anyone, unless they're shorter than me, duhh. lol.
I’m just like my amazing maid links to my house with a beautiful smile to wash once weekly, i recently do various things, that’s all.
Anyway returning to my point, i'm still human, i still go thru shit, challenges, relationship trouble, employee headaches, procrastination periods, anxiety, worry, troubles on what i’m i doing, how i’m i doing the work, all that stuff.
You are always going to be a human, therefore you will invariably involve some shit not work out, personally last 6 months was my relationship, now that’s cleared, now i’m taking care of my health, and my business and my vision.
That’s what every day life is.
Coping with, scratch that - FIGHTING the difficulties, hahahah!
My entire life is not dictated by how much cash i make or perhaps the need to have numbers, it’s the experiences, the freedom, the ability to post you - i wish to start building schools to support orphans, i really do some things like that, but it’s inadequate i want to give more back.
You can’t help the poor if you are one of them this little bit of wisdom has been stuck with me for a long time.
So long as I will be learning, growing, & evolving, adding value to others along this “temporary” Journey called life… I know I’m exactly where I need to be.
Funds are just one element of one’s life company, it’s important - however, not the most important, well that’s debatable based on your own personal values of hierarchy.
Lesson 3 : Motion Creates Momentum.
Momentum Gets You Results
Give attention to gaining momentum, yes - you can find programs, systems which can help you get results within 30-90 days, but not you will be lead longer, so bloody stick to it.
Success isn't something just get up and get, it’s something you require to be effective your ass off for, it’s something 90% of the population don’t do and that’s why they suffer from obligations and so are usually broke and in short supply of money, that leads to some fear-based, scarcity minded existence.
I give myself 30-90 days for almost any business to achieve momentum, but remember i've spent more money by myself education to understand things i do compared to average person will likely earn in the lifetime.
This can be one of the greatest killers of success that i'm accountable for it too, now i just don’t do anything whatsoever else easily can’t commit 90+ days to it.
Lesson 4 : The skill of Keeping Money & My Ridiculous “I Deserve A Slap” $30,000 Monthly Spending Habit
It’s don't assume all dandy-candy, When you are the puzzles nailed down and You’ll start making lots of money when you get momentum - yes, more cash than you ever made before….
More money than all your family, friends, cousins, relatives assembled - as soon as you do this, or can i say before you decide to do that, you have to ALWAYS know this….
Always understand the difference between Gross, Net and just how much it is possible to re-invest. My costs have sometimes gone up to $200,000 per month.
It’s scary, initially it is - then you become accustomed to it - and the only thing that matters is keeping those funds.
I’m learning a whole lot about this now.
There’s an art to getting Money and more importantly KEEPING IT. It’s an easy task to get your spending outta control, when you feel like you have an unlimited budget, and you are untouchable.
Yes, i really believed that for a time. Generating millions than in the past, i believed i really could just lay on my ass for six months, complacency kills. Laziness and complacency - the 2 dirty sabotages of success…
I figured i’d never get lazy, and i also did and it require me to pay tens of thousands of dollars in cash.
How ignorant of me. *SLAPS MYSELF*
Plus it fucking hurt, yes it did - i felt sick to my stomach, i needed felt robbed not since i spent a great deal, but other factors that were at play….
Luckily i've a mind will be able to process certain things quickly, like setbacks and challenges, and in a day, i used to be regarding this. Gratitude opens the heart and prayer relives anxiety and worry for me.
So that’s a few things i do much more of to help keep me grounded. In the event you aren’t spiritual - find something external that’ll help ya.
Uncertain, why i’m sitting here smiling at penning this lol, probably cos what i’m going to say next…
I had just discovered out i just was spending $30,000 monthly / £20,000 monthly on stuff, stuff i have nothing to show for, fancy dinners, toys, and i don’t even see myself as somebody who is materialistic, go figure…
i've not a clue why i used to be spending that, or the way it accumulated so far, after Six months of ridiculous spending too much money, after doing accounts again - i obtained slapped up and woken up. You can forget.
I don’t like budgeting as it kinda defies the purpose of why i’m in business, however i see the power, value and intelligence behind it and so now the situation is changing
It adds up and is detrimental to ones success, one time i was a new and i also had made my first six figures - the very first a couple of years the cash i needed made,i had blown it.
Fancy £400 dinners, fake-friends, partying, wasting endless time, and hanging using the wrong people.
It left me with - £286 (Minus) during my Barclays Banking account. That sucked.
I recall thinking though - i’ll get this back plus more, because…
I've a SPECIAL DEEP INTIMATE RELATIONSHIP WITH MY TARGET MARKET…
And i also understand how to market.
Still, the following year i did just like a million bucks in sales.

That jogs my memory, on the subject of having money, hire competent people who can manage your numbers, you have to continually be looking at your numbers, each day - many times a day, understand resource allocation.
Hiring and developing a team provides you with freedom, but also a lot of damn headache, stress, worry, problems should they aren’t the best person and when you aren’t the proper kind of person to control them.
Ultimately Delegation has been one of my biggest tips for success, on the typical day i would spend 30-90 mins e-mailing my list, yes i e-mail everyday.
Each email is worth around $10,000 in my experience, and so i spend some time crafting that e-mail. I can’t delegate this, nor should i desire to - i have influence during these subscribers and clients and i respect them too much to ever outsource this task.
A few of my subscribers happen to be with me since i was obviously a newbie. lol.
Five years.
Pretty much, the rest is delegated, i don’t pay my own, personal bills, open my letters, structure my live events, book my flights or hotels etc.
Well, it was like that during the last Four years - now i’m systemising everything much more that less people are involved and many more is delegated.
Concentrate on owning a lean, mean profit machine. Cut fat deposits off and concentrate on high leverage tasks, clients, processes, systems, people, marketing as well as your target market.

My friend Kelly Felix (The Rich Jerk Guy) shared some ugly stories and so i went and hired a solid-accountant to help you manage your taxes, costs, and invoices.
That shit scared me.
This stuff are MUST DO - you’ll start growing really fast and subsequently thing you understand, you gotta deal with employee payroll and shit, it can get messy.
I’ve lost lots of money in the process of this, also it hasn’t been pretty. I’ve made some embarassing, yet very embracing mistakes. You reside and discover.

But i’m alive, i've the ability to smile, pray, read, talk, move, breathe - and really everyday above ground is success for me, that alone makes me the richest person.
Lesson 5 : Create A Personality That’ll Give You Power, Respect, Influence, Income & Security
A growing number of i’m since the web Marketing, business market is being more personal with all this social media stuff, you have the ability to create your own personal tribe (more for the reason that somewhat later)
Make use of your personality to increase online conversions, to attract like minded people, to grow your own tribe and cultivate them, help them to succeed…
Develop yourself in to a friendly, trustable expert and advisor inside your marketplace.
Then add personality - learn who to tell stories, should you aren’t funny, then learn how to be funny, for those who have crooked teeth, then get a teeth fixed, in case you are boring, learn to be intriquing, notable and being Thinking about others.
These are all pieces of advice i either paid to learn, or learned via implementing day-to-day.
people jump in and jump out of the industry, well i used to when i heard others, lol, now i seriously don’t much. Attention is safe so i remain focused on who i would like / must serve.
Being a personality online is something i learned from Dan Kennedy many years ago.
Present with people is magical, whether its offline or online, practice being PRESENT as well as in as soon as which suggests - get off the damn Facebook and social media marketing and get practising being present, the very best relationships i have built and continue building happens because i'm always being a TED rather than a THING (due to Jesse Elder for teaching this piece of wisdom to me!)
Concentrate on being thinking about others, than trying to be intriquing, notable and give your attention, presence as well as to others whenever you communicate, it’s hard, but very worth it, especially if you get this amazing ego. just FYI

Here is the fastest approach to get the results you need, at this time i've got a circle of 7-8-9 figure friends which can be doing practically for themselves.
I would like a business like theirs - therefore i surround myself with them. I would like to avoid costly mistakes, and so i surround myself together.
Once you feel like you're hitting a roadblock, work with a mentor, a coach, a specialist, i’ve been doing this shit for soo several years, it blows my head - that a lot of people don’t get it done.
This can be among my top biggest secrets man. I just purchase shit i want to learn. I drop my ego, my pride, my disempowering stories of “i already know that” - well if you did, then why aren’t you in which you want to be…
You’ll always be learning, therefore i embrace this along time ago. Instead of going thru courses and programs and training (that i still do btw) i find owners and masters of topics i wish to learn and do “Mini Brain Exchanges”….
After which that learning becomes something i fill my days with.

Yes, i fast-tracked my way into healing myself while i understood this was a new experience and i also simply didn’t have the skills, the competence or even the confidence yet to beat this challenge.
The relationship was one of the most-growth inducing experiences of my well being, it led a new road to my greatness and taught me a little more about loving myself deeply.

If you're stuck, go thru your challenges in the relationship - start loving yourself many is the best YOU and then pray whilst praying, and forgive and let it go and that is what i kept doing and i’m still doing now…

Lesson 8 : Being Alone Taught me to be Rich
Spend time alone. Spend time in solitude allows you to reboot/restart your brain and unwind. This refreshes, and energizes you again in your perspective on life.
I spend SOOOOOOOO enough time alone, i don’t find many individuals do this. When i’m alone i might often walk up to random strangers, usually older people and speak to them, provide them with attention and seek wisdom and life lessons they can tell me.
Celebrate life much simpler.
Constantly being “on” and being reactive to other people doesn’t provide your mind and brain an opportunity to rest and replenish and nourish itself.
Being alone with yourself without distractions offers you the chance to clear your mind, focus, and think and do more clearly, effectively and much more efficiently. Damn, look at this - this website post is taking me like 3 hours to create and it’s maybe because i’m by myself…
Travelling alone, spending some time alone is a beautiful thing hardly any people understand. I know must be large amount of people will always tell me - how come you travel alone ? lol.
Ever since i travel the planet 90% of that time period on my own, i can meet strangers, i've confidence to spark a conversion with anyone everyone at any time so i don’t must be lonely basically don’t desire to.
And incredibly i really like my own company! HAHAHAH. lol.
Spending time alone, using a notepad- journal - offline, without the internet as well as in “Real Life”, walk around, spend time with nature and nourish yourself, love yourself, that's where breakthru’s, clarity of thinking hails from, no less than for me anyway.
Pray. (if that’s your thing!)
Time passes Mosque up to i will, sometimes because of my travelling i can’t, but i’ll have a prayer mat and pray - during my accommodation.
But i always invest some time in deep prayer.
When i go thru challenges, frustrations and problems in your life - i do seek coaching, guidance and wisdom from others, yet i always do invest some time on myself usually afterwards to analyse, get clarity and obtain my mojo on
I realised hanging out alone, i get to essentially develop my clear thinking in ways which i don’t do when I’m with friends, business peeps, family, i gotta escape and spend some time without any help.

You have to develop yourself and also the team in the process, some won’t be growing as soon as you, let them have time, nurture them and help them grow so when it’s time - then you can certainly grow apart or keep them on.
Although i've generated huge amount of money on this industry for myself, i will tell you i’ve probably lost more due to hiring the wrong people. I've endured a number of anxiety, craziness, worry as a result of wrong individuals who we have hired and i’ve hired many.
Lol.
My new thing that i learned is always to Recruit Talent, instead of just Developing it.
You merely gotta smile, learn, embrace this and proceed with the learning’s, i’ve started learning much more about building teams, i mean i still generated around $5 Million in sales during the last 4-5 years using a microscopic team - lower than 5 people.
They helped to access stage 1, doesn’t mean they will help you to get to stage 2. This was challenging, men and women not grow as quickly as you, and you have to become ok with that, you gotta be happy with letting go, firing, having that uncomfortable conversation.
Within the next 5-7 years, I want to build various businesses and stay in the $100million mark. I’ll do this (I’A)

Today i am the Top Earner in 2 different companies - Empower Network + MOBE.
Many people within this industry will appear down at MLM’s / Network Marketing / Direct selling business models and have some kind of stupid viewpoint on this, it’s soo stupid and backwards.
Even Robert Kiyosaki and Donald Trump have commended should they were to begin with scratch they'd get into the field of Network Marketing.
But, to the stupid people with stupid views….
Really they….
1) had some bad experience with others marketing in their mind
2) they joined one after they was young and new and couldn’t allow it to be right into a success
SYSTEMS WORK. PEOPLE FAIL.
I acquired into this industry then made my first million for the reason that space, i continued to create millions more Outside this space, so again systems work, people fail.
After i would be a newbie and i’d follow these so named Big Marketers always looking down and talking shit about home businesses and such, it could create a great deal controversy inside me and cause friction. Sometimes i wouldn’t want to do anything since i felt what is going to my friends think of me along with what will those big marketers think of me…
I quickly basically said Screw Em.

Ahhh yes, this one - it’s why i don’t meet random people for tea, coffee or lunches. Even if they shell out the dough.
No it’s not because i’m arrogant and i think i’m a lot better than anyone, cos i’m not.
It’s because i’m protective of my best, scarce resource : TIME.
I value my own time a great deal, where i don’t prefer to waste it on whatever doesn’t fulfil me.

After travelling alot, i’ve seen most people just aren’t in “touch” using their families, their siblings i really developed a very conscious decision to always be dedicated to be with my children, serve them well.
